Employer arrangements - Outsourcing

Employer arrangement services provided by VMP Group can be used when, for reasons related to production, operational units or the order book, work can be provided for only some of the client's own personnel for the whole year. If needed, it is also possible to start the operation of an entire new production plant even by acquiring all of the production personnel from VMP Group by means of an employer arrangement. In this way a sufficient personnel is acquired right from the start without fear of surplus capacity. 

Inasmuch as personnel is concerned, VMP Group is in charge of the smooth operation and development of the agreed upon sector. The personnel can already be working for VMP Group or can be recruited according to the special needs of the client.
