Each year we interview and scrutinise tens of thousands of motivated employees for our personnel register. This is why we are well acquainted with their attitudes and strengths. In addition to performing temporary staff, many of our employees are prepared to enter into a permanent job relationship, which means that it is easy to recruit new staff with our help. 

If the client wants to test the employee before a job relationship begins, we can first hire out the employee for a fixed period. In such a case, the employee works for an agreed period under VMP Group. 

If so required, we can also arrange an open competition for a job. In such a case, the client and VMP Group together define the assignment of the person sought after, after which the necessary advertisements are planned. We take care of the entire recruiting process from the beginning up to the last stages, so the client does not need to spend time with telephone enquiries, handle applications and arrange preliminary interviews. After the selection process is finished, we introduce to the client the applicants best suited for the job.
