VMP Group is the biggest supplier of staff services in Finland. We supply skilled staff for all fields. In practice, arranging staff through VMP Group means that the employees are at the service of the client, while at the same time their wages are paid by VMP Group.

Leasing staff simplifies operations in many ways:

• Employees can be reserved according to need and for the duration of the actual job.
• Easy to handle rush situations and temporary assignments - even on short notice.
• Time consuming payroll management not needed. VMP Group invoices only per actual working hour, including all obligatory employment costs (wages, holiday pay, employer's social security contributions).
• VMP Group is responsible for the cost of eventual absences due to sickness. 

Thanks to our careful preliminary work, we are able to quickly find the most suitable employees from our register. At best, they can be on site in less than two hours from receipt of the assignment.

We always want to serve both our clients and employees in the best possible way, because a satisfied staff performs its duties well. However, if for some reason our employees cause dissatisfaction, we will correct the matter as soon as we get word of it.
